cross-linked cable material and semi-conductor shielded cable material.

☀ The reciprocating two-stage continuous extruder unit is composed of reciprocating single screw mixer and single screw

extruder with T type distribution.

☀ It is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving plastic extrusion mixing equipment with 25% energy saving comparing

with common extruder.

☀ Uniform cutting effect, no melting temperature peak value. Both radial mixing and axial mixing, the product stays for a

short time with high filling capacity and effective injection of liquid components, short conversion time, excellent self-

cleaning, quick cleaning and high utilization rate of equipment.

☀ The formula system configuration: automatic weighing system for granule, automatic weighing and forced feeding

system for powder, automatic dosing system for liquid.

☀ Adopt MMI+PLC control system, automatic batching. The process parameters can be modified, stored and called.

Operation is simple and convenient.

☀ Optional cutting methods: water ring cutting, eccentric water mist cutting, etc.
