The production line adopts the process of continuous casting and rolling, which is used

to produce round aluminum rod for electrical purpose with diameter of 9.5mm.

The production line mainly consists of four wheel continuous casting machine; zero point

casting device, straightening machine, front tractor, rolling shear, feeder, roughing mill,

finishing mill, aluminum rod cooling quenching device, take-up rod device, electrical

control system, lubrication system and so on.
