Laser spectroscopy in-situ analyzer is a kind of new product which combines laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) with in situ statistical distribution analysis (OPA). Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy in situ statistical distribution analysis (LIBSOPA) focuses on the surface of the sample by high-energy laser, and the sample is broken down to form a high-temperature plasma. By detecting the spectral signal of the plasma, the component and element distribution information of the sample is obtained.
