1. Product Introduction

RO535 Semi-Conductive Bonded Shield Compound is used as conductor shield and bonded insulation shield forcross-linked polyethylene insulation power cable rated voltage up to 35KV, it is suitable for high temperaturevulcanization processing method. Suitable for CCV production lines. RO535 provides fine surface smoothness,stable volume resistivity and compatibility with both copper and aluminum conductors.This material can be used for the manufacturing of cables that comply with IEC 60502-2& BS6622 standards.

Recommend to process with the PE extruderTemperature Setting of Extruder

We recommend using steel-wire filter mesh with 40 meshes at most.

Please make proper adjustments according to the actual operating condition in order to achieve the optimum result.
