Maleic Anhydride Grafted Polypropylene
1. Product Introduction
Maleic anhydride grafted Polypropylene is prepared by reactive extrusion method using polypropylene (PP-H,PP-B, PP-R, etc.) as the substrate and maleic anhydride as the monomer. The product has the characteristics ofhigh grafting rate, good fluidity, and low odor, and is applied to modified polypropylene. As a compatibilizer, itendows materials with excellent compatibility and greatly improves the comprehensive performance of compositematerials.

3. Instructions
1) Add quantity
This product is used as an additive, and the addition ratio is determined according to its purpose. Therecommended amount to be added is as follows:1P100/P200/P230/P260 is used as a compatibilizer for modified polypropylene, with a recommendedaddition amount of 1.5-5%;
2P100/P200/P230/P260 is used as a compatibilizer for TPE/TPR, with a recommended addition amount
of 1-2%;
3 P200/P230 has low odor and resistance to yellowing, especially suitable for long glass fiberreinforced polypropylene. It is recommended to add 1.5-5%;4P260 has high grafting rate, high fluidity, low odor, and resistance to yellowing, making it particularlysuitable for surface treatment of glass fiber.
2) Processing temperature
P100/P200/P230/P260 suggest a processing temperature of<280 °C.
4. Packaging and Storage
The product has a granular appearance and is packaged in paper plastic composite bags, with each bag weighing25kg.
During transportation and storage, avoid moisture, high temperatures, direct sunlight, and pollution, and keepaway from sources of fire.
Use the product as soon as possible after opening the bag, within 12 months from the date of production. Ifabnormal color or odor is found after long-term storage, please stop using.
