(6) pay attention to the clean production environment, do not let the garbage impurity into the material block the filter plate, affect the product output, quality and increase the head resistance.

(7) when the cable extruder machine needs a long time to stop using, it should be coated with rust-proof grease on the working surface of the screw, the machine, the Machine Head, etc. .

(8) calibrate the temperature control instrument regularly to check the correctness of its adjustment and the sensitivity of the control.

(9) The cable extruder machine has the same gearbox maintenance as the normal standard gearbox. Mainly check gear, bearings and other wear and tear and failure.
