Rigid Type Stranding Machine
1. Description
☀ The rigid type stranding machine is non back twist stranding. It is suitable for armoring of copper, round aluminum wire,
pre-twist sector conductor and steel wires armoring cables.
☀ Provide side lower and front automatic loading mechanism according to the customer's site and requirements.
☀ Provide aerodynamic resistance and electromagnetic brake to control tension, keep the tension constant according to the
requirements.
☀ The cage adopts the ground shaft transmission structure, each cage is driven by an independent motor with the electrical
control synchronization.
☀ The machine is provided with MMI+PLC control system for pre-setting stranding pitch, stranding direction, automatic
tension compensation control and for speed synchronization with the pulling capstan and the take up unit.
